About the course

What would your life look like if you were able to fully express yourself in relationships, with courage and with love, to create safety for others to do the same, and to accept and let in the love that other people have to offer you?

This course explores how to grow relationships and take bold steps in letting your true self come to life in relationships. Whether you want to strengthen a relationship to a friend, partner, colleague or family member, this course can help you get going. The basic formula backed up by science is: spending time x being courageous x being loving x being aware = deeper connection.

What will I learn?

  • Find courage to love
  • Create safety for others to do the same
  • Learn how to fully express yourself in a relationship

How does it work?

  • This course consists of 4 lessons.
  • By doing this course together with a group of friends, colleagues or other people in the 29k app, you gain more value from the course, and get support along the journey.
  • After completing each lesson, you can have a sharing session with your group to dive deeper into each topic. This is an opportunity to be present, learn from each other, and create a safe space for meaningful human connection.
